Bowl full of good stuff

After a very hard workout I made this delicious concoction of
vanilla yogurt, granola, blueberries, sliced bananas and strawberries. Yum!
What do you eat after you exercise?

  2. Pumpkin pancake: 1/4 c kodiak pancake mix, 2 Tbsp pumpkin, 1/3 c milk. I like your granola idea, but I have a hard time just eating one bowl!
