Pumpkin Sheet Cake

A New Favorite.
This cake is so delicious, it is downright sinful.
Maybe that is why I like it so much:)
Mix:
4 eggs
3/4 cup canola oil
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups pumpkin

Then add:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Put batter in a jelly roll pan and bake at 350ยบ for 20 minutes
*The key is to not overcook it, if anything slightly under cook it.

Cool and Frost.

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Warning: Only make this if you have a few people to help you eat it, because if not you might down the whole thing yourself. It's that good.

  1. My grandma always made this for me when we went to visit. Its sooo good! Think I will make some and remember Grandma :)
