Family Fajitas

Whenever I see peppers on sale at the grocery store I grab a few because I love fajitas! They are so delicious and healthy!
Ingredients:
6 to 8 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1 green pepper, sliced into strips
1 red pepper, sliced into strips
2 Tablespoons butter
whole wheat flour tortillas
Directions:
Cut the chicken into strips. Place in glass dish, sprinkle with garlic salt and pour lime juice over the top, cover and refrigerate for a few hours.

(I often forget to do this beforehand, so I just cook the chicken in the lime juice and it still turns out great.)
In a large skillet or wok saute the onions and peppers in butter for a couple of minutes. Remove vegetables and add chicken. Cook chicken until no longer pink, about five minutes. Add the onion and peppers back. Cook until heated through.
Fill warm tortillas with chicken mixture and any desired condiments,
i.e. -sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cheese.
Roll and Enjoy them while they're hot!
