A Twist on Taco Salad

I often get bored making the same meals over and over again, so instead of tacos tonight I made a healthy version of a taco salad. I took whole wheat tortillas and put some olive oil on one side of them and put them in a pie tin.
Then I stuck them under the broiler for a minute or two.
As you can see I burnt a few of the tortillas because I wasn't watching them.

Then we added our favorite toppings---taco meat (extra lean ground beef), cheese, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, sour cream, and a little ranch dressing. Yum.
What would have been normal tacos was a little more fun.
