Today she's NINE!
She requested a coconut cake.
I think it's the prettiest and most delicious cake I've ever made.
I realize that's not saying a lot, but I am a terrible cake maker, so I was pretty happy when it turned out and tasted great too.

I told her it would be fun if she was turning eleven, but I'm so glad she's not because I want to keep her longer. 
She is helpful, makes me laugh, and is a joy to be around!
