Everyday Smoothies

Lately I've been making a smoothie everyday to get more fruit in my diet.
A friend gave me this smoothie recipe and it's delicious.
I just use whatever fruit I have on hand.

1 cup ice
1/ 2 cup any liquid (milk, juice, water)
1 to 2 cups fruit (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Mmm, Mmm, good!
