These pictures aren't clear, but I guess they are better than nothing.
I'm getting bigger by the day, some days I love it, some days I don't.

When I do too much in a day I feel awful at night.
My back hurts a lot.
I'm still making it to the gym three days a week,
I haven't decided if that is good or not.
Sometimes it does me in for the day and other days I have more energy,
no rhyme or reason.
I just hope it will help my body bounce back faster.
