Tapping on my heart

The girls just finished tapping their way through their spring dance show.  Instead of flowers, I took them to McDonald's afterwards--a rare treat for them.  They each got a smoothie.
Since I was a "mom in charge" for miss "A's" class I got to go back stay with the dancers.  I've been back stage at past dance shows, but this time a deep joy came over me as I watched my daughter do something she loves. 
It's wonderful to see your children get good at something they enjoy doing after lots of practice.  "A's" smile was so huge as she danced her heart out in her lime green dance costume with a hot pink hoola hoop swinging around her hips. I wish I had a picture:(
