Cooking Companion

Lately Baby “G” has shown an interest in cooking. He locates a chair, pushes it over to the island, and climbs up on it to see how he can help.

The only problem with this is that he's obviously not old enough to know that he can get burned.  I try to slide his chair over so he can't reach the stove, but still be nearby, but he gets really upset.  Even if I give him a bowl and spoon and something to mix he knows the difference. Smart one, this boy.
