Seeking

I've been doing a lot of this lately.
(image via google)

I'm trying to make a very important decision and
I want to know God's will for me.
Is my life complete with four "nestlings" or
is there another child yet to join our nest?
I always wanted four children,
beyond that has always been a question mark for me.

I was blessed to have two girls and two boys.
I like my even number.
My girls share a room. My boys share a room.
It's perfect.
(sunset from my kitchen window)

Why have another child then?
Well, while I feel content with my four "nestlings," the "husbird" wants more.

We both desire to know what God wants for us.
I'll let you know when we figure it out.

"As you submit your wills to God, you are giving Him the only thing you can actually give Him that is really yours to give. Don't wait too long to find the altar or to begin to place the gift of your wills upon it! No need to wait for a receipt; the Lord has His own special ways of acknowledging."
Neal A. Maxwell, "Remember How Merciful the Lord Hath Been," Ensign, May 2004

  5. Hi there,
I found your blog yesterday and was reading alot of it today. I originally found it from the laundry soap recipe (I use the powder version!) I can so relate to this! We have twin boys that are 9 and we have a 21 month old baby girl. We both want another one, praying it is in God's plan for us! :)
